What You'll Do

As an Epic Games Technical Account Manager, you will be accountable for Epic's technical relationship with some of the world's most influential Enterprise customers. You will proactively communicate with our customers to provide guidance and accept feedback to drive internal prioritization.

In this role, you will
• Provide high-touch technical and general support to top customers, navigating team dynamics and technical issues to help ensure our priority customers are successful in their utilization of Epic tools
• Assist our customers in shipping industry-leading experiences and pipelines, engaging support and SMEs to identify root causes and overcome technical hurdles
• Assist with Epic license efforts, including but not limited to live and virtual Unreal Engine demonstrations, arranging evaluations, providing pre-and post-license technical support, evangelizing Unreal Engine at trade shows
• Work with Epic's product and engineering teams to strongly communicate customer priorities and opportunities. Communicate to customers Epic product updates and encourage alignment where practical
• Identify opportunities where developers and Epic can mutually benefit from deeper relationships
• Improve gaps in process and communication, both within Epic and externally
• Support customer success in enterprise fields, including Media & Entertainment, Simulation, and Architecture/Real Estate

What we're looking for
• Effective communicator with strong customer-facing skills
• Self-starting drive to enthusiastically navigate and address ambiguous problems
• Technical proficiency in understanding, categorizing, and prioritizing needs
• Able to communicate complex technical issues via digital messages or face-to-face
• 2-3 years plus in account management or customer-facing role
• Experience in Unreal Engine with a strong understanding of 3D design, visualization, and virtual production workflows
• Experience working with other game engines or Epic products ( Reality capture, Quixel Suite, Metahumans, Twinmotion, etc. ) is a plus
• Experience working with production companies along with an understanding of teams and processes involved, from design to ship and/or creating content
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
