What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to help manage the Paid Media Execution Team. You will play a pivotal role in executing digital media strategies, conducting experiments, and analyzing insights. Responsibilities include developing, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to align with the company's overall business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and media innovation; this candidate is curious, ambitious, exceptionally self-motivated and can support the various initiatives happening at once.

In this role, you will
• Manage our platform experts, oversee platform strategy, as well as the development, configuration, and execution of paid media plans
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve maximum ROI and exceed KPIs
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners and internal stakeholders to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness
• Contribute and execute winning ad creative, conducting thorough testing in collaboration with the Marketing team
• Oversee robust A/B testing to refine acquisition strategies and maximize returns on investment
• Collaborate with the growth analytics team to ensure the execution team has the reporting views needed to optimize campaigns effectively
• Assist with career growth and education of our execution team and keep abreast of the latest trends in digital media buying and user acquisition

What we're looking for
• 5+ years hands-on experience configuring paid media campaigns within one or more of the following digital advertising platforms - Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Snapchat
• 2+ years of experience managing a team
• Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing KPIs, as well as proficiency using Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• A detailed understanding of the creative development process in media campaigns
• A proactive mindset with the ability to independently problem-solve in a fast-paced & results-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong sense of innovation and collaboration
• Entertainment or gaming experience is a bonus

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA & NYC).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

New York City Base Pay Range

$137,129 — $201,123 USD

California Base Pay Range

$120,674 — $176,989 USD
