Epic Games is seeking a Senior Dev-Ops Programmer to join this team. You will innovate and push the limits to deliver the best experience possible for developers and creators, as well as problem-solving performance and stability issues, optimize workflows and more.

In this role, you will
• Designing and implementing tools and engine features to improve workflows and iteration times
• Collaborate with developers across multiple disciplines and stakeholders to optimize workflows on the Epic Build Farm
• Collaborate with QA and Build team members to optimize the projects hardware and network utilization, and ensure efficient and impactful build and test scheduling
• Optimizing, maintaining and improving the existing suite of tools
• Owning the project branch strategies and integration flow

What we're looking for
• Solid C++ skills and software programming principles
• Experience with C#, batch files, shell script, and other scripting languages
• Experience with revision control; Perforce, Git, PlasticSCM, etc
• Experience with telemetry and connected applications a plus
• Unreal Engine and multi-platform development experience preferred but not required
• Works well in an ambiguous environment with dynamic requirements, able to take a proactive role in driving any solutions required for success
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in English

This role is open to multiple locations across North America and Europe (including CA, NYC, & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

New York City Base Pay Range

$207,107 — $303,757 USD

California Base Pay Range

$182,255 — $267,307 USD

Washington Base Pay Range

$165,686 — $243,007 USD
