What You'll Do
We are looking for a Producer to join our Epic E-Commerce team. As part of Epic, you will be responsible for handling and organizing processes and schedules so that developers can do what they do best. We are looking for individuals who excel at process pedagogy. You should understand the principles of project and talent management as well as the importance and method of socializing and cooperatively implementing ''next step'' improvements. To do this well requires consistency and accuracy, performing existing project management duties including Agile rituals, managing schedules, and building consensus around relative priorities of new and existing project requests. The ideal candidate is passionate about bringing frictionless, effective, and secure payment experiences to players around the world. They will enjoy creating inroads to content creation across exciting IPs by assembling Epic developers and leadership to accomplish that. They'll take pride in working with the best in the industry to deliver on multiple initiatives together.
In this role, you will
• Lead the discovery, development, communication, and management of both daily and long-term project planning for Programming and associated teams
• Liaise and work with members of teams across Epic to ensure that all requests from customers for assistance are handled and prioritized properly, and if necessary escalated to the appropriate level
• Help make informed decisions by partnering with leads on workflows, priorities, and resource allocation
• Communicate frequently and efficiently with the rest of the production team and team leads on project status, risks and opportunities
• Manage multiple priorities (sites, services, projects) including multiple, complex, live player-impacting incidents. Manage your team's project management tools (Jira, Sheets, Airtable)
• Create and utilize data-driven dashboards and production tools to present key insights to stakeholders, providing transparency on forecasting risk and proposing solutions
• Leave things better than you find them, with a discerning eye for ways the existing process can be smartly added to or taken from in the service of providing ''simple and sufficient'' information to the teams you support and the teams who support you
What we're looking for
• Experience in delivering multiple, simultaneous projects and dependencies
• Previous experience working in a production role where you've led cross-functional teams in creating and delivering E-Commerce solutions
• Deep understanding of game or platform development, software development process, and project and talent management practices
• Demonstrable, strong project management, organizational and communication skills
• Experience utilizing Agile or other development methodologies on different teams and projects so they perform their best
• Experience successfully communicating and presenting information to various levels of stakeholders within the company
• Expert at working with industry PM tools like Jira, Airtable, Miro, etc
This role is open to multiple locations in North America (including CA & WA).

Pay Transparency Information
The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
California Base Pay Range
$108,355 — $158,892 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$98,487 — $144,448 USD
