What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager, Video and Search to oversee end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across Paid Video and Search platforms. The ideal candidate has experience overseeing a small team, is highly skilled in activating campaigns across Paid Video and Search platforms, and has a deep understanding of the paid media ecosystem to drive innovation at scale. In this role, you will lead paid media buying, oversee specialists' day-to-day execution, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and engagement. Occasional weekend work will be required.
In this role, you will
• Develop, build, and manage global Video and Search paid media campaigns while ensuring business alignment, proper tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
• Oversee & execute campaign builds, including QA checks, budget pacing, bid strategies, and creative placements for optimization
• Track & analyze campaign data, and lead post-campaign reporting with insights, benchmarks, and recommendations to improve future campaign performance
• Train and support activation specialists while contributing to campaign execution
• Maintain active communication with internal teams and collaborate with platform vendors to explore new ad products and best practices
• Stay ahead of industry trends, further gain expertise, and share insights on the evolving paid media ecosystem
What we're looking for
• 3+ years of experience in paid Video & Search media, preferably within the entertainment or gaming industries
• Strong expertise in all key paid Video & Search platforms (e.g.,YouTube, Google, Twitch, CTV)
• Experience running global paid media campaigns, including media planning, budget allocation, bid management and optimizations, and cross-country insights
• Demonstrated ability to work with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Ability to pivot quickly while maintaining accuracy, platform best practices, and understanding business complexities
• Possess a proactive and agile mindset, capable of making quick campaign adjustments in a fast-moving, dynamic company
This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
New York City Base Pay Range
$111,384 — $163,363 USD
California Base Pay Range
$111,384 — $163,363 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$104,701 — $153,561 USD
