We serve clients in all aspects of the entertainment industry, including major theme parks and leisure cruise companies.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Project Manager at EPS, you will be responsible for mapping out the scope and life of a project, from concept to completion. EPS’ Project Managers distill the project into interim milestones, track which departments and individuals are responsible for each, and establish deadlines for when they're due. You will frequently interact with the fabrication shop, collaborate closely with all EPS departments, engage with clients and vendors, and ensure client satisfaction.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

· Maintain and communicate project schedules, changes, and other documentation for internal teams, vendors, and clients.

· Help remove roadblocks for the design team by gathering information from clients and vendors.

· Monitor project budgets carefully to meet or exceed the target profit margin.

· Work with Project Management team on overall scheduling tasks, budget reviews, and invoicing to report to senior leadership on project progress.

· During fabrication, work with shop team and project coordinator to create fabrication updates for the client.

· Facilitate testing for projects as appropriate.

· Be familiar with project scope, and coordinate with sales team on addressing changes.

· Maintain agendas and meeting notes for client-facing and internal meetings as required.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in a management field.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in entertainment project management.

PMP certification – (or documentation that PMP will be complete within first year of hire date).

· Strong proficiency in MS Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project.

· Must be self-motivated, able to self-manage large and small projects.

· Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing project needs.

· Results and detail-oriented, able to work quickly and accurately.

· High level of integrity and professionalism.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and the internal team.

· Exceptional organizational and strong time-management skills.

· Enthusiastic and passionate about projects and process.

· Ability to communicate and enforce deadlines and budgets with the internal design and shop teams and vendors.

· Ability to delegate tasks and give direction to a project coordinator for non-client facing tasks.

Preferred:

· Master’s degree in production management for Theater/Entertainment. Certification and/or a degree from a technical school or training program or equivalent professional experience will be considered.

· Experience with both new installation projects as well as installation into existing spaces/facilities.

· Experience in a fabrication environment.

· Experience with Asana or other project management software.

· OSHA 10 hr. (or willingness to obtain in first year of full-time employment).

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is in the home office, Henderson, Nevada. Most work will be performed in an office environment. Anticipated travel is minimal, estimated at a 5% level.

Pay: The annual base salary range for this position in Nevada is $80,000 – $100,000. For states not referenced here, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. EPS considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer or future pay increases.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends as needed.
