Product Designer (UX/UI)

– Chiswick Park, London , Hybrid

Endeavor Streaming is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our growing streaming design team. As a global leader in top-tier video distribution within the realms of media, entertainment and sports, we craft customized, over-the-top experiences spanning all major platforms. Our Vesper Platform, an all-inclusive end-to-end streaming solution, empowers content creators and rights holders to deliver high-quality, immersive user experiences at scale. Our extensive portfolio features renowned brands like UFC, WWE, UEFA, NYFW and AMC.

As part of our growing streaming design team, you will work with a leading client in the media and entertainment industry, whose portfolio includes a range of high-profile streaming services. Y ou will collaboratively shape functional, engaging, and purpose-driven products alongside a cross-functional team. Your responsibilities will encompass diverse UX and UI processes and deliverables across an array of enterprise and consumer-facing products, encompassing web, mobile and TV apps , catering to a user base exceeding 20 million.

Responsibilities
• Own and craft end-to-end user journey s
- from concept and prototyping to testing and delivery
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads and the wider Product team to shape and execute UX and design strategy to deliver technically feasible designs
• Communicat e the narrative of your design solutions to various stakeholders, partners, and peers at the appropriate fidelity , distributing design insights across the
organisation
• Be an advocate for design thinking and uphold the quality and craft of design through out the user experience
• Understand behavioural patterns across different platforms , contexts and workflows
• Effectively balance your time between fast ideation and meticulous execution
• Take ownership of new design syste ms and keep our existing ones consistent and well and organised.

Experience
• 3+ years in digital product design
• A strong design portfolio showcasing work on SaaS/enterprise streaming products, particularly within media, entertainment, or other highly technical domains.
• Experience designing cross-platform product s i ncluding web, mobile and TV
• Ability to navigat e UX research
• Proficien cy in Figma as a design and prototyping tool to produce user flows, information architecture and wireframes to solve problems
• Fluency in component-based design methods and systems
• A positive and proactive attitude

Nice to have
• Experience usin g growth metrics, A/B testing, and
other data to inform design decisions
