Post Production Photo Director
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commerce team's image post production team. The commerce team tests and photographs products that we recommend across various categories like home, fitness, cooking, and more. This role is responsible for managing a team of Photo Editors and Retouchers. You will be managing workload, schedules logistics, assessing resources, keeping the team accountable and coming up with efficiencies that will streamline processes. We're looking for someone with 8+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong experience in management, image post production, or operations with a strong understanding of image retouching and photography.

About your contributions:
• Oversee daily operations including reviewing and tracking teams output metrics against business KPIs
• Serves as a point person with internal and external partners and stakeholders for the image production team.
• Drive efficiency and process improvements to all areas of the post production process applying continuous improvement measures to ensure end-to-end operational efficiency.
• Holding team and stakeholders accountable to deadlines to ensure fast turnaround times and image quality.
• Stays current on new innovations and updated on software for image retouching work

About you:
• Bachelors' Degree, with focus in Photography, Graphic Design preferred.
• 8+ years working in digital or print media, with experience in photography, photo editing, image retouching.
• 5+ years experience in a leadership/management role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop & Lightroom.
• Experience with digital asset management tools and digital content workflow tools, such as AirTable.
• Excellent communication skills, you must be able to work with teams remotely and be able to communicate effectively over Slack and Zoom.
• Impeccable organization and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent self-starter who can get up and run quickly, taking quick action to meet the needs of the business.
• You have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for excellence.
