Photography Production Coordinator
The Photography Production Coordinator, Licensing supports the Dotdash Meredith Licensing team as we expand our photography services for packaging and ecommerce. Reporting to the Creative Services Director, the Photography Production Coordinator supports all day-to-day photo studio activities, from pre-through post-production, working with freelancers and production crews. This is an ideal opportunity for an organized, proactive individual with strong organizational skills who has the desire to gain experience in a fast-paced photo production Environment.
This role is required to be onsite at our office in Des Moines, Iowa.
About Your Contributions:
• Work with the Creative Services Director and key partners to support the production of all packaging/PDP photography across all product categories, from pre-production through to final deliverables
• Manage the estimating and billing process for all vendor photography
• Act as the main point of contact for receipt of product samples and manage ongoing organization of product samples and props

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of photo experience, with increasing levels of responsibility in a creative environment
• A solutions- and detail-oriented ''no job is too small'' mindset
• Ability to work with internal and freelance teams to plan and execute photo shoots, leveraging strong communication skills
• A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency in project management tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable
• Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent related experience
