DSP Partnerships Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DSP Partnerships Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) to maximize advertising revenue and ensure the successful execution of programmatic advertising strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Position:

This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week if in the NYC office. This position can also be remote with no in-office requirements, (might require coming into an office 1 or 2x a year).

Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with DSPs to enhance the company's programmatic advertising capabilities.
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by negotiating deals, optimizing performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality inventory to DSP partners.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies that align with the company's business objectives and market trends.
• Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and market trends to make data-driven decisions and optimize partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of DSP partnerships.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all partnerships comply with industry standards and regulations, and adhere to the company's policies and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic and DSP partnerships (data partnerships experience a plus!)
• Proven track record of managing and growing DSP partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including RTB, ad exchanges, SSPs, and DSPs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk).

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $105,00.00 - $125,000.00
