• Familiarity with current fashion and beauty trends
• Comfortable writing first person and sharing original photos in reviews
• Research, pitch, and write shopable stories with a timely angle and quick turnaround
• Adaptable writer who can cover a range of products including fashion, home, travel products, and beauty
• Ability to interpret data like page views and revenue to self-assess story success and inform future content
• Familiarity with SEO research and affiliate content a plus but not required
• This role requires availability for tentpole events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Thanksgiving, December holidays

80% Researching, pitching, writing, revising, and scheduling content

10% Review data including page views, revenue, and traffic sources

10% Attend weekly and monthly meetings with direct and extended teams

The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

Experience:

Writing on shopping, celebrity, style, home, or related subjects - published clips, school work, or independently (blogging, Substack, etc)

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

Knowledge of SEO research/best practices and affiliate content a plus

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $64,350.00 - $73,000.00
