Job duties include:

• Setting the vision and strategic direction for the account services department, aligning it with the company's overall goals.
• Building and sustaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, expectations, and business objectives.
• Ensuring that account teams deliver services surpassing client expectations.
• Managing and mentoring account teams, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback for team members' growth and success.
• Identifying new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborating with new business teams to pitch, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborating with account teams to create plans aligned with clients' goals, delivering measurable results.
• Monitoring budgets, project profitability, and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Exhibiting excellent communication skills, effectively interfacing with clients, team members, and other departments to articulate ideas, provide direction, and resolve issues.
• Analyzing complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions to keep projects on track and clients satisfied.
• Addressing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner, whether in client relationships or within account teams.
• Working closely with other teams (creative, production, events, and PR) to deliver integrated and cohesive solutions to clients.

Potential candidates should hold a 4-year degree and boast 8-10 years of valuable experience in the dynamic world of advertising agencies, showcasing an eclectic portfolio of diverse clients.
