About the Role & Team

You will play a key role in the management of Cross Line of Business performance (biddable) campaigns. Working within the Disney EMEA digital marketing team, you look after the design, implementation and reporting of in-house performance campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest & YouTube. You will also communicate with our AdTech & Analytics teams and will work with external media agencies when required.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remote.

What You Will Do

This is a varied role which will bring you into contact with multiple areas of the business including Disney+, Walt Disney Studios, Parks & Resorts, The Disney Store, Disney Consumer Products, Disney Theatrical Group & National Geographic. Your day to day activity will change according to priorities but key responsibilities are as follows:
• Help assist key UK & EMEA business partners and LOBs in understanding digital objectives and translate into performance plans
• Work closely with different business partners across the business to ensure campaigns are aligned with content and objectives
• Attendance at key meetings providing insight and knowledge on biddable paid media
• Review and critique incoming creative & content to ensure it's aligned with objective and fit for purpose
• Campaign activation – schedule, test and launch campaigns in a timely manner with varied budgets ranging from £5k or less to upwards of £250k.
• Track campaigns and optimise as appropriate
• Assist in reporting, tracking and measuring all activity in line with performance based KPIs and benchmarks
• Business partner management - provide regular audits, analysis and optimisations to improve campaign performance
• Manage an ongoing 'test and learn' optimisation programme to maximise performance
• Develop close relationships with media partners and external agencies
• Assist multiple LOBs with activation and optimisation of campaigns across other social & video channels
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest innovations and demonstrate how these can be incorporated into the wider Disney paid social strategy
• Explore opportunities on new and emerging social channels

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Paid/biddable channels and management platforms
• Agency or in-house experience working on paid social campaigns
• Experience working on entertainment and/or retail brands
• Creative problem solver with an understanding of digital marketing
• Strong at communicating with non-digital savvy business partners ensuring knowledge and findings are effectively passed on
• Excellent creative and copywriting skills
• Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
• Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyse large sets of complex data
