This role will require a motivated, seasoned product manager to own our strategy, roadmap, delivery, and maintenance of systematic eligibility logic and capabilities. The ideal candidate for this role will have had deep experience with identifying eligible cohorts for offerings across services, devices, and 3P partners, constructing rule sets to enforce eligibility restrictions, building query based tools, and have a proven track record of understanding the nuances of eligibility and cohorting. Responsibilities
• Single owner and point of contact across Engineering, Product, and the Business for eligibility, including eligible plans/bundles, new vs existing subscribers, subscriber state across all merchandising surfaces.
• Build configurable eligibility platform/services that will act as the single source of truth to answer ''who is eligible for what on which places and why?''
• Partner with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver the best in class experience.
• Socialize and gain alignment for requirements across other domains such as identity, billing, data science, and engagement.
• Communicate and document plans effectively and consistently, to organize work for execution - both feature releases and experiments.
• Work with engineering, design, and program management teams to deliver work on time and with high quality.
• Partner with regional stakeholders around the world to address consumer, legal, and regulatory nuances while solving for global scale.
• Identify new opportunities and effectively influence the Product roadmap with executives and workstream leads through the use of data and strong Product sense.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product management experience or advanced degree, focusing on driving business outcomes through flawless execution on new features, capabilities and experimentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills, a proven ability to translate strategy into impactful deliverables.
