Sr Manager, Product Marketing, Disney Bundle

The Sr Manager, Product Marketing, Disney Bundle will help grow the Disney Bundle, a key strategic priority for The Walt Disney Company. Successful candidates will be excellent product marketers with a sharp strategic sense. These individuals will focus on identifying and executing major growth initiatives, elevating business insights, and conducting in-depth subscriber

analysis.

This is a critical role, reporting into the Director of Bundle Product Marketing & Growth Strategy. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional product, marketing, research, data, and finance teams and will have significant executive exposure. The Disney Bundle offers consumers the best value in streaming, with plans featuring Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ together for a discounted price. We are looking for a highly motivated, driven, and strategic Snr. Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage a team of product marketers + strategists; providing coaching and mentorship to support career development of your team
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights related to Bundle performance, audience behavior, and market trends
• Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and product enhancement based on data-driven findings
• Support the evolution of our suite of streaming Bundled products with broad GTM launch support
• Partner with product / marketing teams to ensure consistency across all Bundle activations
• Develop positioning guides for current and future Bundles – identifying target audiences and relevant messaging to support product & marketing growth initiatives
• Lead our cross-functional primary research workstream, helping to drive our research calendar, plan and organize formal readouts, and maintain an active hub of past insights and findings
• Develop and maintain a robust reporting system to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Disney Bundle, presenting regular reports to stakeholders at both working team and senior levels across the broader organization
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of marketing initiatives, subscriber metrics, and revenue analysis
• Size and prioritize major growth initiatives, sometimes partnering with finance to conduct extensive subscribe forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for the Disney Bundle
• Support market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and positioning within the streaming entertainment space
• Work closely with data, product, marketing, finance, and other key stakeholder teams to

pull forward data that supports and builds alignment across strategic priorities and near term goals for the Disney Bundle
• Support product launches and updates through effective communication and

coordination across teams
• Continuously improve processes related to business insights, reporting, and data analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy in decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of product marketing experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Ideal candidates have some management consulting experience
• Rich understanding and experience in the streaming space & an interest in learning more about the media space
• Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely effective communicator, presenter, influencer
• College degree required, MBA strongly preferred

The Bundle is a team sport. As a leader in this cross-brand, cross-functional team, you'll be expected to embrace and evangelize our collaborative mission and lead by example when it comes to collective goal setting and diligent follow-through.

The hiring range for this position in New York is $155,800.00 to $209,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
