Job Summary:

The Sr. Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst will drive daily tactical and strategic data and compliance initiatives by following and developing best practices within the team, which are crucial to efficient and effective analysis of data. They will collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, while performing statistical analysis and developing reports and visualizations to communicate findings. Additionally, they will work with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data and create dashboards and automated reports to monitor key performance indicators. The Analyst will work closely with the internal compliance teams to visualize the compliance health across the segment and with the internal tools teams to assist in building the systems to report this data. The Analyst will build program governance and positive culture, help define and create processes and identify effective ways of working that will assist the organization in making decisions. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. They will also working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.

They will work with each Pillar to ensure they can perform these tasks best within their unique needs, while ensuring they are still meeting their obligations. They will continuously partner with the larger service management program on what data is collected about changes, incidents, and problems to continuously improve the change risk management capability and continuous improvement of engineering in DE&E Technology – especially with one of their main customers, the SupportCenter within Busienss Operations. They will also be expected to prepare final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
• Data analysts are most effective when they possess a mix of technical, analytical, and soft skills to effectively analyze data and communicate their findings.
• Should know how to clean and prepare data for analysis. This includes removing errors, identifying outliers, and transforming data into a format that can be analyzed.
• Needs to be able to analyze data and explore it for insights. This includes using statistical methods to test hypotheses, identify trends, and make predictions.
• Prefered knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, workflow coding in various tools and SQL statements
• The ability to query databases using SQL is essential
• Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL.
• Must be able to create dashboards and reports that communicate insights to stakeholders. This includes using tools like Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Using tools and libraries like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or ggplot2 to represent data in a visual format that's easy to understand.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and visualization, especially in smaller datasets The ability to approach problems logically and make informed decisions based on the data.
• Ensuring accuracy in data analysis and recognizing anomalies or errors in data.
• Clearly conveying findings, both written and orally, to non-technical stakeholders. This includes creating reports and presentations that gives the insights from the data.
• Coming up with solutions to business problems using data-driven approaches.
• Collaborating with other departments or teams, understanding their needs, and providing them with relevant data insights.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
• 5-7 years of analytical, project management, or other relevant experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in compliance and security compliance sectors
• Strong communication skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing large projects that span organizational units
• Basic knowledge of the entertainment industry and digital content delivery terminology and technology

The hiring range for this position in California is $112,600 to $165,400 per year and in New York and Washington is $118,000 to $158, 200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
