Job Description
The Snr. Marketing Manager will help build The Disney Bundle brand, ultimately driving subscriber growth for The Disney Bundle, a key strategic priority for The Walt Disney Company. Successful candidates will be excellent brand builders with a rich history of strong partnership. This role will collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams across Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ to elevate and refine The Disney Bundle brand – ultimately shepherding brand growth across ATL and BTL marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
• • Supports cross-functional effort to evolve The Disney Bundle brand – helping to evolve the brand based on key insights and competitive research
• Partners closely with Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ brand teams across all efforts
• Acts as a brand steward to ensure Bundle brand consistency across marketing campaign development and execution
• Supports Bundle brand inclusion across product, marketing, and synergy activation efforts
• Partner closely with additional teams across The Walt Disney Company including marketing strategy, awareness, performance media, and synergy in the creation & development of key brand initiatives
• Assists in communication of brand needs for key initiatives based on key insights
• Manages Bundle Brand Marketing Strategy team
• Partners closely with research and insight leads to generate consumer and competitive insights that will shape brand evolution and brand strategy
• Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of marketing and branding experience
• Rich understanding and experience in the streaming space
• Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely effective communicator, presenter, influencer
• College degree required, MBA strongly preferred
