Product Marketing Operations Associate (FTC)

We require you to be based in our Hammersmith office 4 days a week.

Please more this is a fixed-term contract position until February 2025, with the possibility to extend.

About the Role & Team

Disney+ is the dedicated streaming home for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic, along with The Simpsons and much more. Disney+ offers an ever-growing collection of exclusive originals, including feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series, and short-form content. The Disney+ Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming's profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. Our team is accountable for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns.

As part of the Product Marketing Operations team, the Marketing Operations Associate drives the execution and campaign delivery of our lifecycle communications to enable the initiatives and objectives of our marketers. In this role, you would coordinate user lifecycle messaging tests to drive experimentation and draw takeaways from strategies defined by our marketers. The marketing Operations Associate enhance message utilization while balancing the needs of users and internal partners using a collaborative approach.

What You Will Do
• Build, test and deliver lifecycle messages
• Implement messaging optimization and best practice adoption
• Traffic messages using targeting capabilities while balancing against business goals
• Implement and audit-all analytic encoding to enable messaging effectiveness
• Run split and multivariate tests, ensuring test protocols are administered to minimize bias
• Coordinate with the market strategist in the creation and management of marketing campaign process for the purpose of driving video content engagement from our subscribers
• Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, identify obstacles and ensure they're addressed
• Drive messaging reporting and run adhoc analysis when requested
• Ensure all messages conform to GDPR, and other legal or compliance requirements
• Monitor messaging programs and campaign and mitigate or flag issues to partners
• Peer review/QA of editorial and journey campaigns from all global regions

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Professional experience in marketing driving CRM/Lifecycle channel optimization and insights
• Deep experience in email, push, SMS, in-app messaging channels and platforms
• An understanding and administration of message experimentation best practices
• Attention to detail, with an ability to identify issues and implement remedies
• Proficiency in building HTML emails from assets files, make message template adjustments and have the ability to articulate more sophisticated needs to developers
• Analytic orientation and curiosity, using insights to drive your next course of action
• Superior presentation, communication and documentation skills
• Experience supporting a globally distributed partner team
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and of Jira/Confluence

Preferred Qualifications
• Working understanding of SQL
• Template scripting (e.g. AMPscript, Liquid)
• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and /or other lifecycle marketing platforms, ideally certified in one main platform
• Experience in building lifecycle user journeys
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements
• Proficiency in another language (e.g. Spanish, German, French)Basic
