Multiplatform Partnerships Specialist (Disney Entertainment)
Overview:

The Disney Multiplatform Partnerships team is looking for a well-organized, flexible and enthusiastic Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, this person will assist with the development and execution of partnership campaigns that drive growth and reinforce the value of Disney's television Networks; ABC, Disney, ESPN, Freeform, FX, and the National Geographic Channels and studio properties including Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century Pictures, and Searchlight Pictures.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain direct relationships with various accounts and serve as primary lead on all related day-to-day marketing activities. Lead and host formal/informal client meetings ranging from bi-weekly status calls to annual planning presentations and year-end recap reviews
• Responsible for the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns/promotions that support Disney Entertainment goals (acquisition, retention, engagement, new products, etc). Results driven mindset to strategically plan and execute partner exclusive sales
• Collaborate with brand colleagues, product management, marketing, legal, business strategy/operations and finance teams to plan and execute all partnership marketing initiatives, including contractual marketing funds and other contractual media commitments. Act as a subject matter expert on studio and network portfolio programming properties and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify information needed to develop marketing strategies
• Champion partner initiatives and product offerings internally with key stakeholders, to drive transactional revenue on New Releases, Catalog and TV
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of account management tools such as budget tracking, partnership plans, fiscal planning presentations, project/campaign trackers, post merchandise/results
• Collect and process results for post merchandise analysis & ROI, and develop/execute communications vehicles to convey results

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in entertainment or new media/streaming content environment in two or more of the following areas: Account Management, Partnerships Marketing, Brand Management
• Knowledge of pay TV/video landscape, transactional business, streaming platforms and evolving media consumption habits
• Strategic thinker with confident ability to generate, champion and present ideas
• Ability to balance large workloads in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Results-oriented with sensibility of defining measurable metrics or performance

Required Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Marketing degree preferred.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $75,200.00 to $104,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
