As part of The Walt Disney Company's Studio and Integrated Marketing team, the Partnerships Executive will work closely with the Senior Manager, Partnerships and the Marketing Manager, Partnerships to support the delivery of all Studio, Disney +, and Integrated Marketing partnerships.

Success in this role will be gauged on the ability to work collaboratively across the business to:
• Support the development of partnership opportunities and cross line of business opportunities
• Effectively ideate and pitch creative concepts to third party partners
• Ensure a smooth and positive partner experience

Your main areas of responsibility will include, but not be limited to:
• Support the end to end activation of partnerships delivery including content ideation, asset creation, legal approvals cross line of business collaboration, and timeline management
• Assist managing critical timelines across all partnership and marketing work streams by tracking and documenting partnership activities to ensure both timely delivery and future recommendations
• Successfully pitch to new business prospects, effectively communicating opportunities aligned with partnership marketing strategies
• Glean and apply any relevant learnings from the US, UK, and APAC teams on partnership execution – sharing any learnings and trend ideas with the local team
• Ensure marketing teams are across partnership and activity launch

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience activating best in class partnership marketing campaigns that meet both commercial and brand objectives
• Previous Marketing/creative execution experience with knowledge of Australian Media and Marketing landscape
• Proven experience building and managing long term, collaborative relationships across internal lines of business and with external partners
• Demonstrated creative thinking, with an ability to prioritise changing workloads across multiple projects, while meeting deadlines
• Expert computer literacy – Microsoft, Key Note, and Google Docs
