Job Description
At Walt Disney Studios, we are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, Marketing Strategy to join our Global Brand Strategy team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the marketing direction for both theatrical and streaming releases from Disney Live Action and Disneynature (film and series content). As a key member of the Marketing Strategy team, you will be responsible for overseeing communications, streamlining workflows, and managing various facets of marketing campaigns. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing Strategy to initiate and support early marketing strategies and campaign objectives, including box office and platform targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for campaign alignment and creative integration across departments including distribution (Cinema Partnerships) and product (Disney+).
• Develop, maintain, and distribute key campaign documents to foster cohesion across the marketing department. This includes creating marketing milestones, filmmaker presentations, marketing highlights, and executive reports.
• Deliver campaign strategy presentations and updates to key stakeholders, agencies, and cross-company department meetings.
• Ensure integration of messaging and consistent tie-ins across all marketing activities and platforms.
• Manage creative deadlines and coordinate launches across various platforms, demonstrating strong project management skills.
• Develop and champion inclusive big ideas across all titles, identify innovative and relevant marketing programs across platforms driving maximum awareness with opportunity audiences, and targeting specific communities and organizations.
• Facilitate approvals on marketing elements, ensuring consistent creative and messaging while garnering buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Coordinate deadlines for high-profile marketing launches in collaboration with Creative, Media, Digital, Publicity, and International teams.
• Opportunity to manage external agencies and execute corporate initiatives as needed including, but not limited to, presentations, educational materials, and event/stunt executions.
• Mentor marketing strategy coordinator and support a nurturing learning environment.

Basic Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience with a focus on marketing, theatrical, or streaming entertainment.
• Proficiency in presentation building using Keynote and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, exercising good judgment and discretion.
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and communicate ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates the ability to be proactive and resourceful.
• Organized with a great eye for detail.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $112,100.00 to $150,200.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
