Department/ Group Overview:

The Addressable Solutions team is responsible for driving addressable revenue through storytelling and solutions by focusing on Audience, Automation, Innovation and Partnerships and to enable the sales organization with resources and tools to more effectively sell and succeed.
• Develop meaningful narratives and streamlined positioning for Disney's addressable products and priorities (streaming, data solutions, automated marketplaces, ad experiences, and social)
• Unify addressable capabilities and offerings to simplify for sales and increase advertiser adoption
• Position and enable sales to more effectively sell addressable solutions across the portfolio • Partner with Addressable Sales, RYM&O and Solutions to establish long term sales strategy
• Work with Ad Platforms and Sales Enablement to create and implement press-worthy, innovative and revenue generating ad experiences
• Work with social platforms and Platform Distribution to build and maintain partnerships that benefit Disney and our Advertisers

Job Summary:

The Manager, Addressable Solutions is responsible for assisting the Senior Manager on strategy for key initiatives and projects and assisting the team tactically. The Manager will be expected to use their organizational, interpersonal and technical skills to help the team tackle our go to market strategy and collateral with an audience and performance lens. The Manager will be expected to understand our key business drivers, and use this understanding as well as their past experience to apply to their own work positioning our digital, streaming, data, programmatic and advanced technical capabilities. They will assist in gathering and interpreting data, insights and performance metrics and key features of technical programmatic advancements to help extrapolate meaningful headlines, sales positioning and a point of view. The manager will be responsible for leading and moving projects forward on their own with little supervision.

The Manager will need to demonstrate flexibility to be involved in multiple projects and an ability to proactively prioritize tasks based on organizational needs and key initiatives. The Manager will work with key stakeholders across the team on developing compelling, accurate, and insightful materials, particularly collaborating with Addressable Sales Strategy, Programmatic Sales, Programmatic RYM and Ops, Ad Platforms, Sales Enablement, Sales Communications, Sales Enablement, Audience Modeling and Data Science, and Research as well as external stakeholders such as key contacts at our DSPs in Sales and Marketing.

The Manager will be responsible for maintaining the Automation sections of the Cantina ''Data and Automation'' page as well as leading refreshes and using their creativity and knowledge of the business to provide the best user experience and enhanced discoverability of the content the team posts there.

Responsibilities and Duties
of the Role :
• Partner with Programmatic Sales, Sales Enablement, Pricing & Planning, Ad Ops, Ad Policy, and Addressable Sales to bring new automated capabilities to market
• Produce and maintain go-to-market sales materials and supporting resources for Disney's Programmatic capabilities and value proposition
• Serve as Programmatic subject matter expert and day-to-day point of contact for Sales and Streaming/Entertainment Solutions questions, pitch recommendations, and brainstorming
• Collaborate with DSP Sales Team and our DSP contacts to optimize Disney's presence on UIs and provide resource documents needed to partner
• Partner with Sales Enablement, Pricing & Planning, Ad Ops, and Addressable Sales to develop and bring new Data Driven Linear and cross platform Optimization capabilities to market

Required Education, Experience /Skills/Training :

Education
• College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field • Digital Marketing, Advertising or Strategy preferred; Programmatic Sales ideal

Experience
• 5+ years at a media company, agency, or sales organization working in advertising, sales marketing/communications, or ad solutions role; digital experience required
• Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising principles, including key drivers of digital advertising revenue, product capabilities and technology; digital planning, operations, and revenue yield management, programmatic knowledge a plus
• Track record of collaboration and project management across functional areas • Experience managing multiple work streams and prioritizing work that has the most urgency and impact
• Understanding of ad performance metrics and research with ability to analyze, interpret and integrate data into persuasive stories

Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good presentation building and storytelling abilities, with solid design skills (graphics/visualization)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

The hiring range for this position in New York is $114,600 - $143,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
