Job Description
The Ad Sales Marketing & Partnerships team is responsible for driving addressable (digital) sales revenue through innovative marketing strategies that productize and promote Disney's advertising capabilities.

The team leverages streaming, automation, ad experiences, data insights, social, and strategic partnerships to create sales opportunities and resources for the Disney ad sales organization. This involves communicating the value of our addressable products and capabilities through storytelling, collaborating with other teams to unify our strategy and market positioning, as well as working directly with sales teams to ensure they have they information they need to sell effectively across the Disney portfolio.

Within Ad Sales Marketing & Partnerships, the Streaming & Ad Experiences team works to develop go-to-market strategy and positioning for Disney Advertising's streaming properties, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN. This group plays an instrumental role in supporting the larger organization through effective storytelling, product marketing, and internal/external communications. From developing product narratives to enabling new advanced ad products that run across streaming, the team sits at the forefront of advertising innovation.

About the Role & Team

The Ad Sales Marketing & Partnerships team at Disney is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Ad Experiences to drive revenue for Disney's addressable and streaming properties (Hulu, Disney+, ESPN). This role will focus on creating and managing go-to-market sales materials that showcase Disney's advanced ad experiences (e.g., Pause ads, Interactive Ads, Choice-based Ads, Commerce ads, etc.) and inventory packaging.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing and maintaining impactful sales decks and supporting internal resources that effectively communicate the value of Disney's advanced advertising products. This includes creative positioning and packaging, visualization, design and mockups. Collaboration with internal teams such as Ad Product, Sales Enablement, and Pricing & Planning, as well as external product vendors, will be essential to bringing new and optimized ad solutions to market.

As a subject matter expert in ad experiences, you will serve as a key resource for the Sales and Solutions teams, offering guidance on product capabilities, pitch strategies, and competitive landscape insights.

Additionally, you will oversee and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that all stakeholders and managers are kept informed of progress and deliverables. You will also support the Director and Sr. Manager in moving projects forward, including packaging new opportunities, backend setup, Sales education, and ensuring timely communication and distribution of resources to Sales teams.

This position will play a crucial role ensuring Disney's advertising solutions are positioned effectively and differentiated in the marketplace, as well as driving effective execution across the Ad Sales organization. Position is based in New York.

What You Will Do:
• Produce, manage, and maintain go-to-market sales materials and supporting resources for Disney's suite of addressable ad experiences. Focus on deck building, creative and strategic positioning, insights and performance metrics, visualization and design.
• Partner with internal Ad Product, Sales Enablement, Pricing & Planning, Ad Ops, and Addressable Sales leadership teams to develop and bring new or optimized Ad Products to market. Coordinate with external product vendors as needed.
• Serve as an Ad Experiences subject matter expert and day-to-day point of contact for Sales and Streaming/Entertainment Solutions questions, product capabilities, pitch recommendations, and brainstorming. Join internal meetings to communicate Ad Product offerings and capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years at a media company, agency, or sales organization working in advertising, sales marketing/communications, or client solutions role; digital/streaming and advanced ad product experience required
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles, including key drivers of digital advertising revenue, streaming product capabilities and technology; digital planning, operations, and revenue yield management knowledge a plus
• Track record of collaboration and project management across functional areas
• Experience managing multiple work streams and prioritizing work that has the most urgency and impact
• Understanding of ad performance metrics and research with ability to analyze, interpret and integrate data into persuasive stories
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong presentation building and positioning abilities, with solid design skills (graphics/visualization)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Self-starter with initiative, curiosity, creativity, and resourcefulness
• Ability to work with employees of all levels
• Adept on a Mac and building presentations in Keynote
• Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Teams, Adobe Photoshop or other design software
• College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Digital Marketing, Advertising or Strategy preferred

The hiring range for this position based in New York is $119,000 - $145,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
