Content Operations is ultimately responsible for successfully delivering Disney's entertainment and sports content to millions of people every day. This involves developing, operating, and managing a global content supply chain – the myriad of steps involved from taking a finalized TV show/movie, or live piece of content, from inside Disney to audiences around the globe, in their preferred language and format. This team also manages technology operations in Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Job Summary:
• Support and manage the dubbing talent contract system by troubleshooting user issues and managing user roles.
• Develop and report monthly on-time delivery metrics.
• Work with stakeholders to coordinate system feature requests with development partner.
• Take ownership of assigned processes by providing solutions to workflow issues.
• Work with internal and external partners to assist the delivery of contracts.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
• Dubbing talent contract system support, resolving issue tickets and user roles.
• Dubbing talent completion rate metric reporting.
• User training and creation of SOPs and knowledge base.
• User feature request management with Legal team and development partner.
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
Basic Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for handling project issues as they arise.
Preferred Qualifications
• Project Management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or working with stakeholders from multiple departments.
• Experience in dubbing for theatrical and direct-to-consumer post-production workflows.
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
The hiring range for this position in California is $64,400 to $78,600 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
