Job Description
We are looking for an Internal Communications Advisor that is passionate about entertainment and people and brings an understanding of internal comms and employee engagement. You will join as a member of the Internal Comms team to help develop and implement creative internal communications campaigns that inform and inspire UK Disney Cast Members, connecting them to the company's values and priorities.

Working closely with the Senior Internal Communications Manager, your role will also be responsible for supporting countries across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) to create and deliver best in class internal comms in their respective countries.

The opportunity for you:
• Develop and run our UK-based employee events calendar, including screenings, in-office surprise and delight moments and our annual festive celebration.
• Create compelling and engaging content for our UK and EMEA Intranet, maintaining and delivering our editorial calendar with support from the team Intern
• Oversee all internal comms channels, e.g. digital signage, to ensure accuracy and consistency of tone and messaging
• Work in close collaboration with all lines of business to share their stories with employees, including Disney+, Studios, Disney Consumer Products, as well as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility teams and our Business Employee Resource Groups
• Work closely with comms leads across the EMEA region to share information and the defined strategy for local internal engagement opportunities
• Supervise the team's budget and track spending
• Potential travel required as business dependencies dictate

The experience you will have:
• An excellent writer and communicator, with a passion for creative storytelling and a strong editorial eye
• Demonstrable enthusiasm and experience executing impactful internal comms campaigns across multiple channels
• Pro-active, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under pressure
• Collaborative and able to work with a wide variety of internal stakeholders
• Confident and highly self-motivated with the ability to manage events and campaigns end to end to tight deadlines
• Curious about people and cultures, with the ability to communicate with a range of audiences
• A familiarity with Microsoft OS, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and Salesforce is beneficial to this role
• While not essential, a background in the entertainment industry would be helpful
