About the Role & Team
We are seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator to adapt and localize Disney+ assets as well as coordinate the project lifecycles of marketing assets for the Disney+ Iberia Creative Operations team. This person would support in delivery and tracking of the marketing materials for the whole of Disney+ in Iberia.
This role would require the adaptation of promotional materials, as well as their approval and delivery, for the successful implementation of Disney+ creative strategy, according to the overall Brand Strategy. This creative development includes areas such as Media Planning, Social Media Content, Press Media Kit and PR, Performance, Customer Management, Partnerships and Synergy.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week in our Madrid office, with one day working from home.
What You Will Do
• Design & Produce high quality concept art.
• Conceptualize and generate multiple ideas for artworks across multiple consumer touch points.
• Delivery of high-quality artwork for our streaming service.
• Create and adapt existing email templates and campaigns aimed at prospects and current members to build-ready stage.
• Translate, localize and adapt campaign assets across a wide range of formats (display, rich media, final arts for print, in app design, partnerships, etc).
• Working with Marketing teams, and other departments to adapt creative assets (Brand, Social, Performance, Customer Management, short form, sales tapes, creative pitches etc.)
• Use pre-set guidelines to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and wider product strategy.
• Management and follow-up of materials workflow - technical needs, formats, campaign taxonomy, etc.
• Manage asset delivery, maintain accurate records, guaranteeing flow of communication and delivery to all teams.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and integrity across all work delivered.
• Responsible for liaising with various teams and stakeholders to meet delivery deadlines.
• All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in Media/Entertainment industry including creative agencies in asset management or edition capacity.
• Solid experience and knowledge of fundamental digital design principles that affect composition, color, use of space and hierarchy of information.
• Proficient knowledge with design tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Essential for motion graphics, animations, video & image editing, compositing and creating assets.
• Knowledge of print production and digital design.
• Able to familiarize themselves with multiple content repositories and platforms.
• Experience in asset edition, both static and video.
• Proven experience/portfolio of Brand, Social, Performance and Direct Response content.
• Ideally with digital and direct to consumer background.
• Experience in working with brands.
• Solid understanding of different video, audio, and print formats.
• Full English proficiency

• Capable of working well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Multi-media production skills
• Nice to have: Sound design basics – Syncing sound with animation.
• Nice to have: Cinema 4D basics - 3D animation and motion design.
