We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and fun individual with a passion for video games and entertainment in general to come join the team as an Associate Creative Director. We are looking for a creative that is interested specifically in virtual reality gaming and the innovation and evolution of directing capture in VR.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE REQUIRES ON-SITE, FULL-TIME WORK IN OUR WOODLAND HILLS, CALIFORNIA OFFICE.
ABOUT YOU:
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Woodland Hills, California.
• Accurately digest and understand client/internal style guides and design briefs
• Can draft creative scripts and outlines.
• Demonstrates the ability to lead a trailer/creative asset to a presentable state for creative director approval
• Capable of supervising game capture sessions with up to 20 gamers at a time.
• Oversee graphics implementation in a variety of assets and styles
• Works with the Producer to ensure projects are coming in within budget and schedule.
• Accountable for ushering the creative forward keeping capture and editorial schedules on track
• Accountable for ensuring capture and editorial standards are up to or exceed DBC quality standards
• Comfortable leading creative conversations with clients.
• Minimum 5-6 years in Production or Creative Directing, 7-8 years experience at Post Production House, ad agency, or equivalent

Please note that a job offer for this position will be determined based on many factors, including experience, unique skill set, other qualifications, location, job performance (current employees), and various business and budgetary considerations.

$110,000 - $135,000 USD
