For more information, please visit www.company3.com and www.methodstudios.com JOB PURPOSE: Company3 Method India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Billing Associate to support our global billing teams in multiple time zones and locations. Although this role is currently performed remotely from home, there is a possibility that it will ultimately be moved onsite. You should have a background in post-production workflows and data entry, with skills necessary to assist billing, improve our current procedures and reduce revenue and A/R delays. You will be responsible for ensuring that all billing support functions are performed accurately and in a timely manner. You will work on a number of tasks requiring data integration and analysis, in-depth evaluation and exercising judgment within the appropriate scope of practice. Roles & Responsibilities:
• The Billing Associate is responsible for supporting the Accounting/Billing Department to accomplish department objectives including the process of invoicing in all aspects of billing to customers internal and external in a timely and accurate manner for multiple divisions.
• Coordinate with Management and billers on job creation and setup including systems integration of bids and excel Master tracking sheets.
• Daily reconciliation and reporting of incidental costs including 3rd party vendor services.
• Verify pricing/information as necessary to assist in generating accurate invoices and reports to the customers.
• Act as liaison with internal/external customers, including Client Services Representatives, Vault, Sales and Operations to meet invoicing and month-end deadlines • Ensure strict adherence to Company 3/Method Inc billing policy/procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma/secondary certificate required (College degree preferred) and minimum of 2 years' experience in general data processing, accounting/billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word with working knowledge of (XyTech, Media Pulse and SAP preferred)
• Ability to work with offices in multiple time zones.
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
• Previous entertainment industry experience with an understanding of post-production workflows.
• Knowledge of MediaPulse / XyTech systems and SAP
• Strong customer service, creative problem solving, conflict resolution and process improvement skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills are necessary to work with members of the finance department as well as with key sales and operations functional managers, supervisors, associates and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team at all levels with tact and diplomacy.
• Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple assignments concurrently
