Product Manager II, Commerce
This role joins CNN Digital's Commerce team in building features and user experiences that help millions of people make better shopping decisions. As Product Manager II, Commerce, you will lead the charge on features that drive the shopping and discovery user experience for Commerce, the fastest growing department at CNN Digital and team behind popular product review site Underscored.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Lead the Flagship squad on the commerce team, dedicated to building unique digital shopping experiences that differentiate Underscored from the rest of the product review commerce market.
• Conceive and launch features that reflect Underscored's branding, voice, design experience and content, continually considering how we can make our online shopping experience more fun and useful, such as recommended product search, in-depth product reviews, dynamic holiday tentpoles, shoppable video experiences and more.
• Be the expert in turning reader feedback and user behavior insights into beloved digital products that solve clear shopping needs.
• Generate the best visual and user experience through A/B testing and ongoing design iteration. Enhance our Editorial storytelling of Reviews and Deals through a clear UX vision of components, templates and features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders like Editorial, Social, Video, Design, Research, Marketing and SEO to build new features and address critical issues.
• Set key performance metrics and OKRs to define success of offsite revenue projects, help to manage a Product Roadmap and establish sprint priorities for your squad.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 2+ years in product management
• Experience with both building user-facing experiences from 0 to 1 and iterating on existing digital experiences through A/B testing.
• Experience leading a squad of engineers and designers independently, as well as working in collaboration with other product managers towards a common goal
• A penchant for creative problem solving, a sharp eye for UX, and ability to turn user feedback into live, popular features
• Strong ''get it done'' attitude with a bias towards action
• Demonstrated history of exceptional accountability and a commitment to timelines
• Positive attitude to add to our collaborative, good-natured product development culture

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $97,301.00 - $180,702.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
