Job Title: Zoho CRM Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM Administrator to manage and optimize all aspects of our Zoho CRM system. This role involves configuring the CRM, customizing workflows, managing data integrity, and ensuring Zoho CRM supports our sales and marketing teams effectively. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Zoho CRM configuration for all modules, workflow automation, and Deluge scripting and has excellent problem-solving skills. This position requires close collaboration being cross-functional in both the US and India to align Zoho CRM with our business goals and ensure users receive comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho CRM Administration and Optimization:
• Lead the configuration and daily management of Zoho CRM, ensuring system settings and data integrity meet company needs such as SAAS pipeline, Product sales, tech sales, acquisitions, marketing, lead contacts, account deals, newsletters, run campaigns etc.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, addressing issues related to data consistency, permissions, and functionality.
• Regularly review and update CRM settings, data fields, and user roles to maintain optimal functionality and security.
• Integrate ZOHO CRM with other systems using APIs, webhooks, and third-party integration platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• UI/UX Enhancement: Enhance user experience by designing intuitive user interfaces, creating custom dashboards, reports, and widgets to provide actionable insights.

Customization and Workflow Automation:
• Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows to match business processes and support team needs.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, custom functions, and integration scripts using Deluge to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
• Implement and manage data validation rules, deduplication processes, and custom scoring to prioritize leads and maintain data quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Initiates kick off calls with internal teams & business units in US to understand requirements & leverage the ZOHO CRM modules and customization to design solutions, and implement customizations to support sales, marketing, and customer service goals.
• Partner with third-party vendors and technical support as needed for complex issues or additional integrations.
• Gather feedback from end-users and incorporate it to improve CRM usability and alignment with business objectives.

User Support and Training:
• Oversee user roles, profiles, and permissions within Zoho CRM, ensuring appropriate access levels and data security.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users, promoting best practices and effective utilization of CRM features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, addressing data inconsistencies, errors, and system concerns to maintain productivity.
• Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on Zoho CRM updates, new features, and best practices, applying relevant enhancements to improve functionality.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on Zoho CRM configurations, workflows, and processes for reference and transparency.
• Participate in evaluating and implementing new Zoho CRM features or updates to enhance system capabilities.

Specific Knowledge Abilities and Skills:
• Excellent written, verbal communication in English.
• Previous experience working with US clients will be preferred
• Ready to work in US overlapping shifts
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Zoho CRM Administrator with hands-on experience in CRM configuration, customization, and workflow automation.
• Expertise in Zoho CRM with proficiency in Deluge scripting for custom functions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and user management within Zoho CRM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with end-users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business) is preferred.
• Zoho certifications are a plus, and experience with other CRM platforms is advantageous.
