DESCRIPTION:

Are you social, outgoing, high energy, and interested in promotion and marketing?

Do you know how to shoot, edit and post video online?

Are you just as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it?

Do you love to write blogs and interact online using social media?

If the answer is "yes," then The CW50 is looking for you!

Currently, we have openings on our CW50 Detroit Street Team. We have assembled a team of creative individuals who cover a wide variety of local events throughout the Detroit Metropolitan Area, who are responsible for putting together short videos to post online at CW50Detroit.com. Street Team Members plan, produce, shoot, and edit a different field project twice a month. This part time, paid position also involves work at the station: pre-producing, writing, maintaining the website and assisting staff producers and designers, as well as posting Facebook and Twitter updates throughout the weekends for our fans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications required include:

Ability to shoot and edit quality video

Must be proficient on Premier Pro

Must have good writing skills, and be able to write copy

Must have strong social media skills and be able to contribute content to our websites

Must be comfortable in front of and behind the camera

Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends

Experience using a Canon XA10 preferred
