Overview:

CBS 3, KYW-TV / The CW Philly 57, WPSG-TV is seeking an expert newscast producer. This individual will work with a team to generate proven ideas for content selection and placement. Our goal is to produce shows that breathe while maintaining ratings driven format times. This position will be a member of SAG-AFTRA. We are looking for a producer who is passionate about news.

Responsibilities:
• Writing compelling teases and crafting memorable on-air moments
• Applying proven creative production techniques

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years' experience

Additional Qualifications:
• Must have excellent writing skills
• Knowledge of non-linear editing systems required as well as experience with Avid I-News or similar computer system
• Strong leadership skills
• The ideal candidate will thrive in producing breaking news, both within and outside of regular newscasts
