Job Description
Provides support to the Strategic Portfolio Management Office (SPMO), performing a variety of administrative and analytical duties to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives under BMI's Strategic Plan. Collects, compiles, analyzes data, and creates reports for various portfolio and program documents. Designs and maintains spreadsheets, dashboards and communications in support of portfolio tracking, engagement, and promotion.

LOCATION
Nashville, TN office. BMI has transitioned back to working in the office on a regular hybrid schedule. At present, most team members are expected in the office three (3) days a week. Decisions regarding future transitions will take place in phases as BMI continues to closely monitor COVID-19 as employee safety is our priority

FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Essential Functions: which may be representative, but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.
• Creates templates, process documentation and reporting to ensure all projects and programs within the VCP portfolio adhere to common standards and methods.
• Assists in the identification and tracking of project KPIs to ensure benefits realization across projects within the VCP portfolio.
• Tracks and reports on inter and intra project dependencies, highlighting areas of risk and proposing recommendations for mitigation.
• Partners with all project team roles and stakeholders.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets project data to provide insights into portfolio and project performance.
• Prepares portfolio and project performance and progress reports and dashboards.
• Identifies and escalates project issues and decisions as needed.
• Assists in developing and improving project management processes; supports adherence to stated project processes through continuous monitoring and regular reporting.
• Supports the SPMO with tracking and allocating resources for projects.
• Schedules and coordinates relevant meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes; follows up on action items to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepares budgets and financial tracking sheets to be used by the team; monitors, refines, and tracks project budget.
• Assists SPMO staff in the preparation of various program documents and correspondence.
• Participates in all relevant meetings for the purpose of assisting in SPMO management duties.
• Researches, plans, analyzes, and organizes technical and/or statistical information and develops data for use in briefings, publications, dashboards and reports.
• Prepares program communications required to seek approval or request information relative to program matters.
• Facilitates project communications and supports change management activities as needed.
• Delivers executive presentations related to assigned projects as appropriate.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Four (4) year bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years' project management experience; two years' agile/scrum experience. Experience with Financial or Operational measurement/KPIs, data analysis, or the Music Industry a plus.

LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED
Project Management Professional (PMP); PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP); Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP); Certified Scrum Master (CSM); PgMP (Program Management Professional).

SALARY RANGE
The specific base salary offered to a successful applicant will be based on individual qualifications, skills, experience, and education. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. The position may also be eligible for one or more performance-based bonuses.
