Media Services Specialist

Job Description

The newly-created Media Services Specialist position plays an integral role in the Bally Sports' RSN sales structure. Working with our various national advertising partners, the Media Services Coordinator will lead the efforts to implementing multi-region advertising campaigns across the entire Sinclair RSN footprint.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position will play an integral role in the implementation of comprehensive media plans for all of Sinclair's MLB/NBA/NHL teams as well as other offerings. Working with other key members of the Sales team, the Media Services Coordinator will be responsible for the successful allocation of inventory and resources for national partnerships. This position will play a key role in the House of Brands partnerships, as well as other national/cross-platform opportunities.

The Media Services Specialist will be responsible for the accurate entry and stewardship of national orders entered across the entire footprint of Bally Sports' RSN's. Uses WideOrbit traffic system to input orders in a uniform manner across the various regions. Possesses the ability to pull reports to ensure that orders have been entered consistently and accurately. This role is critical to developing and maintaining key relationships with partner sales groups, as well as driving cooperative efforts to streamline efficiencies and reporting.

This position will interface and collaborate with multiple levels of sales management, both at the corporate level as well as with the General Sales Managers at each of the regions. Additionally, collaborates with Traffic Managers and Sales Coordinators in the regions, as well as the key contacts with our master control operations.

Successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales/sales operations.

Strong attention to details is critical and the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

Proven ability to work as a member of a team and individually are necessary.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of WideOrbit traffic system is a plus.
