Programmatic Campaign Manager (Pipeline Posting)
Overview
The Programmatic Campaign Manager, reporting to the Director, Display & Video, will be responsible for working on programmatic and third party partner accounts as part of Audacy's centralized revenue operations Display & Video team. This individual will be expected to schedule, monitor, and optimize clients' email marketing, YouTube, programmatic display & video and OTT campaigns on a regular basis as well as serve as the primary contact with the sales team and vendors.
As needed, this individual is expected to provide strategic recommendations to ensure campaign success. This individual will be provided day to day oversight and support from the Team Lead, Display & Video.
This role is open to remote work in any of Audacy's 48 markets.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Schedule paid digital advertising campaigns across a variety of programmatic platforms supported in house and with Audacy's third party partners
• Optimize account performance based on industry standards and best practices and exceed client objectives
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and monitoring of campaigns
• Perform budget adjustments to accurately spend the client's budget throughout a particular month and throughout its full lifespan
• Serve the key stakeholder to analyze account performance to deliver in full and clearly communicate strategic opportunities to improve performance.
Qualifications
Required & Preferred:
• BS/BA degree
• Paid media buying or digital media advertising experience preferred
• Hands-on experience running programmatic DSP campaigns
• Experience managing third party vendor relationships
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong communication, relationship management, customer service skills, attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Google Workspace
• Experience with Wide Orbit, TapClicks or other digital order entry and workflow platforms is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Additional Information
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated starting salary range for CA, NY, Washington DC, WA, CO, and MD-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $54,999-$64,998 per year. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as location, internal and external equity.
