Overview
Audacy is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support the marketing team in promotions, event management, and integrated marketing for the Midwest Region. The full-time Marketing Coordinator will be based out of the Chicago office.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
• Support Marketing team on promotions, contesting and brand initiatives
• Coordinate with internal departments and third-party partners on events and promotions
• Digital/social promotional support when applicable
• Work with internal teams on social media copy, graphic design (including, ADMATs) in conjunction with integrated marketing and event programs
• Follow all legal requirements and disclosures with regards to on-site contests and promotions
• Other duties assigned by manager
Qualifications

Skills/Attributes
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Event Management in sports, entertainment, lifestyle or news formats
• First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position
• Must show reliability and flexibility while working in a face-paced environment
• Experience using Google Workspace
• Willingness to be a team player
• Must show enthusiasm, professionalism, and maintain a positive attitude
• Night and/or weekend work year-round as needed
Required:
• Experience executing marketing/promotions campaigns, event management, and activation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred and/or equivalent experience and training
