Audacy Los Angeles is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join the team!
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Setting up or Diagnosing staff Laptops, Desktops, Peripherals, and Software.
• Imaging/Deploying hardware, Reviewing, implementing and in many cases, refining technical documentation.
• Must be able to assemble, disassemble, reassemble, upgrade, Install, and in most instances, test and upgrade PC hardware, software and peripherals.
• Helping resolve IT related technical issues.
• Helping Team members connect to company resources in office or remotely.
• Helping Team members with handheld devices (Iphone, Android, Ipad).
• Support Team members in a timely manner and demonstrate the ability to perform with minimal oversight.
Qualifications
More About You:
Required & Preferred:
• Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Products including, Server, Windows 10/11, Mac OS X, iOS, Android, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Must have significant experience providing end-user support, using a ticketing system, documenting, Multitasking and Thrives in Fast paced environments.
• Some Linux, Scripting and Cisco network experience desired.
• Some Experience in Broadcast Media, and Radio industry technology is highly recommended.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently has to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, power tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Duties include lifting, relocating, transporting technical hardware, and other office equipment. The majority of the work day will be spent walking to staff member locations to provide support as well as sitting at your desk planning and updating. Our facility is on two floors, accessible by elevators.
