Overview

Audacy is seeking a Director of OTT & Video to ensure the strategy and execution of paid video products are aligned with Audacy's core values and growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Revenue Operations, the qualified candidate will be responsible for growing OTT and video extension business across our client base, setting up processes and infrastructure from pre-sale to post-sale, ensuring campaign performance is met for clients, developing new streaming TV and video partnerships, and leading 4-person campaign team. The position requires someone that excels in high-paced environments and is dedicated to ensuring success across the OTT and video business as well as serving as the primary point person with Digital Sales leadership on product development and innovation.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Responsible for end to end management of digital offerings including OTT and Video from product features to positioning to go-to-market strategies
• Continually evaluate and find efficiencies in workflow and operations for internal and external teams to excel in campaign fulfillment and support
• Lead, manage and develop team of programmatic planners/buyers to deliver flawless service levels and exceed performance expectations of client KPIs
• Manage relationships with key DSPs from beta to go-to-market strategies as well as day-to-day campaign execution and problem solving
• Collaborate with VP, Product Strategy and VP, Revenue Operations to align new product capabilities and partner requirements with Audacy digital operations teams, processes and workflow
• Grow new and current business through thought leadership and solutions that support sales budget/revenue goals by staying up to date on market drivers and emerging platforms

Qualifications

About You:
• 5-7 years of OTT and/or programmatic video, execution, and client relationship management on monthly ad spend of $1MM+ across multiple clients and verticals
• Advanced understanding of DSPs (i.e., Tradedesk, FreeWheel) including cross channel attribution
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Must be comfortable presenting and communicating ideas to stakeholders including sales, clients, etc.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
