Amazon Studios creates and produces original films and TV series for a global audience, streaming on Prime Video in over 200 countries. Our award-winning originals include The Boys, Rings of Power, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and Jack Ryan.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Technical) to join our Studios Technology team in Culver City, CA, leading Migration Strategy for our Digital Media Supply Chain product suite. In this role, you will collaborate with software engineering teams and key stakeholders-including Post Production, Localization, and Marketing-to build, implement, and scale critical software solutions that power our Studios' production workflows.
The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale media asset migrations and a strong understanding of data and information architecture. You will drive the migration strategy, define best practices, and optimize workflows to support seamless migration of assets from legacy systems into Amazon's Media Supply Chain platform.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for migrating assets from legacy repositories to the new Media Supply Chain program.
- Define features, write business requirements, and create product architecture and workflow documentation for asset migrations.
- Provide product recommendations to ensure successful migrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineers, project managers, and designers to deliver products and features.
- Influence strategic direction, engineering priorities, and business decisions.
- Collaborate with partner technical teams to migrate legacy content.
- Balance trade-offs between time, effort, and features to optimize outcomes.
- Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Lead product discovery workshops, deep dives, and user acceptance testing.
- Support leadership updates for WBR, MBR, and QBR in collaboration with strategy teams.
About the team
The Studios Technology team focuses on creating technology tools and cloud-based infrastructure to automate, streamline, and optimize processes and information workflows throughout the entire content creation lifecycle at Amazon Studios.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
