About Amazon Music

The Amazon Music brand team is looking for a marketing leader to lead brand marketing campaigns that drive awareness and interest for Amazon Music. You will own the strategic planning, management, oversight, and tracking of cross-channel marketing campaigns for Amazon Music. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes a range of internal stakeholders, including our Head of Brand Marketing, Creative Director, Industry Relations, Go-to-Market, Product, PR, Media, Studio, International, and executive leadership as well as external agencies. You will work closely together with the cross channel marketing team to develop & execute media partnerships and sponsorships. This role will be supported by a campaign manager.

Key job responsibilities
• You will build clear, distinctive, and category-defining brand campaigns that drive top of mind awareness and interest in Amazon Music across EU/ ANZ.
• You will develop and execute a media partnership and sponsorship strategy in collaboration with cross channel marketing and the media agency that will effectively drive top of mind awareness and interest in Amazon Music across EU/ ANZ
• You will manage campaigns and programs from end-to-end including briefing, budgeting, development of media plans, content planning, creative assets, marketing plans (including social media), production, distribution, tracking, and more.
• You will influence creative development, content plans, programming, and talent partnerships.
• You will work with Measurement, Analytics and Insights team to deepen tracking, design learning agendas, and evaluate & report on the performance of campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally in a partnership role
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience building, executing and scaling marketing partnerships and event sponsorships
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
• Fluency in spoken English, and ability to write clearly, concisely and powerfully

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent cross cultural interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
• Experience working across multiple territories
