Amazon Music Program Management team is currently seeking a motivated and talented Principal Program Manager to drive large, complex, and multi-functional product development programs. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for high visibility and regular interactions with the leadership team of Amazon Music.

Taking complete ownership of the program and its objectives, you will showcase your expertise in effectively managing programs from initiation to completion. You will drive data-driven decision-making to effectively manage escalations, dependencies, competing priorities, and deliverables.
Success in this position calls for a strong ability to think strategically while remaining grounded in the realities of business goals. You will play a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions and translating them into actionable implementation plans that are measurable and aligned with the overall program objectives. Emphasizing customer obsession, you will ensure that the program delivers value and meets the needs of our customers at every stage. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience, or a MBA and 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience owning/driving Product delivery roadmap strategy and definition
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in large scale organizational transformation and change management
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $111,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
