Join us for the opportunity to influence how Amazon Music acquires and engages fans and artists on a global scale. We are looking for a driven, analytical and results-oriented Marketing Manager to help scale acquisition and engagement initiatives across Amazon Music tiers, aiming to think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps. In this role, you will support the Europe, Australia & New Zealand Growth Marketing team with the coordination and execution of our owned and operated marketing campaigns focused on acquiring new and engaging existing customers. You will analyse campaign results, suggest opportunities to optimise existing and launch new campaigns, experiment with net-new and iterative ideas, and be the regional voice to influence central, global teams on what matters for our region. The role can be based in the UK, Germany, France, Italy or Spain.

Key job responsibilities
-Work closely with our Music Industry and Content partners as well as the Global and other regions' Channels and Promotions teams to identify growth opportunities for Amazon Music in Europe and ANZ.
-Own digital marketing campaigns from end to end: manage targeting and segmentation, channel and placement selection, messaging, content and design, planning and execution as well as reporting.
-Experiment with new and existing ideas to iterate our approach towards higher growth and engagement rates.
-Build scalable campaign playbooks and work with cross-functional teams on campaign calendars and execution planning.
-Work closely together with internal and external creative production partners to ensure high quality campaign execution.

-You will work in a collaborative pan-European team environment, strive to answer business and marketing questions, and coached to operate with minimal supervision.
-You will liaise regularly with US-based central teams to advocate for regional needs.
-You will plan, coordinate, and execute innovative marketing initiatives to drive growth.
-You will demonstrate excellent analytical and technical abilities, and use data to make recommendations that will improve customers' listening experiences.
-You will develop and execute ideas for innovation, automation, and efficiency.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
