Job Description
The Amazon Music Merch team is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead on impactful marketing and merchandising campaigns for Music Merch, CDs, and Vinyl launches on Amazon.

This role is responsible for driving the execution and go-to-market for our most high profile music merchandise launches for top priority artists. They will own the end-to-end execution of working with the Brand Management, Vendor Management, Instock, and Creative/Design, to deliver a best-in-class artist storefront experience and marketing traffic plan. They will be a point person working with the Amazon Music and Stores Marketing teams and communicate project plans clearly. This role requires working at the strategic level - such as putting together trafficking plans and developing processes to help support the growing business, and works at the tactical level of building and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, and finding solutions to invent and simplify their workflows.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns that raise awareness of the product category and selection of specific artists.
• Analyze and track performance of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and share learnings with the team.
• Own merchandised landing pages and cross-site marketing campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes and asset production, managing the calendar, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Become the subject matter expert of go-to-market playbook on the team, responsible for creating and maintaining processes that drive excellence and scale the output of the team

About the team
The Amazon Music Merch team is responsible for the Music Merch, CDs, and Vinyl business on Amazon and Amazon Music. They partner with merch companies and artists to onboard licensed music merchandise onto Amazon. We are customer obsessed in delivering fans the best experience for shopping music merchandise.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 2+ years in a professional marketing capacity
- Advanced experience in being highly organized, detail oriented, data driven, hands on, and a self-starter
- Proven advanced communication skills, including ability to write concise and compelling documents and synthesize learnings and project outcomes
- Proven professional experience of project management within Marketing organization
- 4+ years professional experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- 4+ years professional experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- 4+ years professional experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Proven sense of ownership and bias for action

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for Music, Merchandise, Fashion and/or Pop Culture
- Professional Go-to-Market and/or Product Marketing experience
- Professional music or Retail marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment
- Skilled Asana user
- Professional experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
