We need rock stars to support and execute ground-breaking creative, customer engagement and scalable design solutions, earning trust and insisting on the highest standards along the way. This is a unique opportunity to work with, Artist + Label Relations, and Marketing teams on Tour-related creative designs that raise the bar across the Industry and street culture, all while spanning multiple music genres.
Key job responsibilities
- Create and execute wireframes for Artist Brand Stores on Amazon.com and Direct to Consumer (D2C) platforms
- Design and produce assets for Artist Brand Stores, including product detail pages, marketing ingresses, and social media content
- Develop and standardize templates for store wireframes, product images, A+ content, and social sharing assets
- Craft SOPs to streamline the design process and increase productivity
- Engage with Creative Leads and Stakeholders to understand creative briefs and drive concepts to their highest, most brand-defining, and needle-moving space
- Collaborate with internal team to implement and utilize created templates effectively
- Deliver on-brand ux and visual executions across web, digital, social, and physical channels
A day in the life
In this role, you will be a key partner to the Amazon Music Merch team, generating marketing assets and business development assets for key merch launches. You will support the Amazon Music Merch team's highest profile launches, and create storefronts and marketing assets on behalf of the artist's brand. You will help develop processes to streamline the team's asset update requests, develop storefront template designs and associated assets, and support artist pitch decks. You will draw from existing style guides and established creative visions, or pitch ideas that resonate deeply with artist visions.
You have a strong attention to detail, are able to communicate clearly with your stakeholders and set expectations. You have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance speed with quality. You are a champion for high design standards, and have a point of view on design that delivers an elevated fan experience. You are able to balance Amazon Music branding requirements alongside artist-specific creative direction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications.
- Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a deadline-driven environment, preferably in a creative agency, or in-house creative environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in Visual Arts, UX Design, Marketing, Communication or other related discipline preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of presentation software (Keynote, Canva, Figma)
- Experience scaling creative in Figma
- Experience designing for social channels
- Deck building and presentation skills
- A passion for music & entertainment!

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
