Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for implementing generative AI solutions in game development, operations, and gameplay. In this role, you will partner closely with our game development studios and operations teams to identify and develop generative AI-powered tools, pipelines and features at Amazon Games.

Responsibilities
- Define and propose products and solutions that are informed by market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback
- Partner with game studios and live operations teams to understand and prioritize their needs, and pain points that could be addressed through generative AI solutions.
- Research and evaluate the newest generative AI models and techniques, assessing their potential applications and value for games.
- Develop product requirements and roadmaps for integrating generative AI into game engines, content pipelines, operations workflows, and gameplay features.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end product execution from planning through launch
- Serve as a thought leader, creating compelling narratives and communication plans for non-technical audiences
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on gaming or other creative software products
- Technical expertise in areas such as machine learning, computer graphics, game engines, and content pipelines
- Experience with end to end product delivery, from idea creation/definition through launch
- Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting capabilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Due to the nature of the role, which requires interaction with other Amazon entities globally and with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada, bilingual French and English is required for this position

- A proven track record of building new, innovative, and engaging customer experiences informed by customer data and anecdotes
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
