Job Description
Amazon Games is seeking a Digital Storefront Partnerships Manager to lead the management of our games' digital retail presence across Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Amazon.com. As the primary owner of these storefronts, you will play a pivotal role in managing our retail touch points, product offerings and pricing, working closely with our First Party Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Leads and other stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Oversight: Lead the management and optimization of digital storefronts across Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Amazon.com, ensuring alignment with retail policies and recommendations.
• Process Management: Develop and implement processes for storefront updates, including pricing adjustments and promotions. Maintain up-to-date records of platform requirements.
• Promotions: Maintain, and update promotional discounts across 1P storefronts.
• Asset Coordination: Compile, schedule and manage the necessary copy, video, and image assets for storefront updates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global and cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Operations & Optimization (O&O), Finance Operations (FinOps), Business Development, Creative, Legal, and Finance.
• Partner Management: Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships and First Party Partnership Manager on partner management, including contributions to Quarterly Business Reviews, Partner Meetings and any additional ad hoc partner events.

• Action-Oriented: You have a strong bias for action, taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Expertise Development: Comfortable with developing deep expertise in the digital storefront space, and able to clearly articulate strategies, requirements, and rationale during leadership and cross-functional reviews.
Required Qualifications
• Experience working within the Gaming/ Entertainment industry
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, app store management or program management roles
• Experience leading or facilitating customer-facing programs or similar programs that require partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Compelling written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities/expectations in a dynamic business environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 5+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
