Your Mission
As a Senior Manager of Digital Product Management, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the digital experience for our global fanbase. Your mission is to lead the product strategy and execution for our web properties and in-game web-view technology, ensuring alignment with the franchise's vision and business goals. You will also manage a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties:
• Develop and implement the product roadmap for Activision's web properties and in-game web-view technology.
• Manage the online store and single sign-on (SSO) features for both in-game and web.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver product features.
• Use analytics to drive product decisions and measure the impact of new features.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve the experience and performance of the sites.
• Lead the implementation of innovative digital solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in online retail and digital product management to keep our offerings at the cutting edge.
Player Profile
• At least 6 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on web technologies and e-commerce.
• Proven track record as a product management leader for digital products and/or online stores.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Deep experience working with Designers, Developers, Project Managers and QA.
• Enhance development and project management processes to improve efficiency and productivity, using extensive experience to find opportunities for optimization and implement best practices within the team.
• Solid understanding of user research and usability testing.
• Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of Activision's franchises is a plus.

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $105,120.00 - $194,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all US locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
