Your Mission

Activision is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive our global financial planning processes and the Emerging Franchise business.

You will lead annual, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc forecasting worldwide, establish and communicate process results, and drive global execution. You will also have the opportunity help launch new titles within the Emerging Franchise and evaluate whether Activision should publish games made by external studios.

This role is anticipated to be assigned as a hybrid work model position, with some work on-site at an Activision Blizzard office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and some work remote.
• Lead both long- and short-range financial planning on a global basis with finance leadership.
• Lead pacing and analysis of the Activision business
• Forecast, pace, and partner with the Emerging Franchise leaders to manage the business
• Evaluate potential future projects by being the finance representative for pitches made to Activision
• Identify future financial risks and opportunities across the division
• Drive management level reports in support of business reviews.
• Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of financial key performance indicators.
• Distill key drivers of results into useful insights for finance leadership
• Partner with finance and analytics to identify and implement process efficiencies to improve productivity and quality of forecasts.
• Partner with corporate finance and investor relations in prepping and reviewing quarterly financials for earnings reports

Player Profile

The key qualifications for the role include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or relevant field of study
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong critical thinking
• Top technical financial modeling with the ability to output complex questions into easy to understand outcome
• Experience working cross functionally
• Strong communications and presentation skills, with the ability to work with other members of the finance team and across the organization
• The highest standards of accuracy and precision
• Experience within tech/media/entertainment companies

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all US locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
