Quantitative User Research Analyst

Player Profile
• Holds a bachelors, masters, or other similar degree or credential in game development or a field focusing on human subject research (e.g., psychology, human computer interaction, human factors, anthropology, or similar).
• Strong understanding of the application of telemetry, quantitative analysis, and user research methods to video games.
• Good interpersonal communication (both written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Adaptable and quick learner that enjoys tackling a large variety of problems.
• Must be able to handle a variety of responsibilities without becoming overwhelmed.
• Must have a passion for video games and familiarity with a variety of genres.
• Nice-to-Haves: well-versed in Activision's titles, knowledge of game design.
Your Mission
• Provide telemetry and tool support for one or more research teams within the Activision User Research organization.
• Provide summarized research results for discussion and write-up.
• Maintain relevant software tools, documentation, and lab equipment.
• Analyze survey responses and contribute to research reports.
• Support the User Research staff in studies and other ad-hoc projects.

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $27.64 - $51.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all US locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
