Good Morning America is hiring a PRODUCER.

Responsibilities:

This GMA Producer position is responsible for creating all types of show content, with a primary focus on the production of Anchor-Driven Taped Pieces and Elaborate Live Segments. Candidates for this position must be highly experienced at every aspect of taped piece producing, with an emphasis on strong writing, savvy field work, and edit room polish. Candidates for this position must be highly experienced at creating and producing complicated live segments both in the studio and in the field.
All assignments require quick turnarounds and attention to detail. This position's schedule and hours will be set based on show need

Basic Qualifications:
• Candidates must be exceptional writers.
• Candidates must be exceptional shooters.
• Candidates must be highly proficient editors.
• Candidates must have at least 5 years' experience in a news environment.
• Candidates must have substantial field-producing experience.
• Candidates must have previous live-producing experience.
• Strong research and organizational skills are a must with ability to work under extreme deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Highly skilled DV shooting and Avid Editing is preferred. (Reel may be requested)

Required Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
